Current Account Onboarding at Scale
Owned the end to end design of Chase UK’s current account onboarding from day one, balancing speed, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance under extreme uncertainty. The approach enabled fast customer activation while maintaining industry leading fraud detection and materially reducing manual review as the product scaled to millions of customers.
Design Systems as Adaptive Infrastructure
Led the design and scaling of a federated design system at Chase UK to support parallel delivery under heavy regulatory scrutiny. Standardised high-risk foundations while preserving team autonomy, reducing design and engineering drift across a rapidly growing organisation. The system continues to operate and evolve independently and remains in use beyond my direct involvement.
Credit Card Zero to One in a Live Banking App
Led design for Chase UK’s first credit card product, introducing lending into a live consumer banking app used by millions of customers. Shaped the information architecture, operational flows, and risk-aware defaults that enabled safe launch, sustainable scale, and regulatory compliance without degrading the existing customer experience.
